Andrew Maxwell

Andrew is MD of Chatsworth Associates, working with innovators, and entrepreneurs to plan equity raisings, corporate transactions, and international business development programs. Chatsworth Associates is a boutique advisory firm providing strategic advice to business owners in emerging and high growth companies innovating in the bio-medical, medical device, mobile health, health IT, hospitality, food service and food technology sectors.
Andrew is currently Chairman of Cyban, which has been the recipient of funding from several notable funds, including Breakthrough Victoria.
He is also Chairman of Hemideina, an advisor to Cleardrum and a member of the Bond University, School of Health, Science and Medicine Advisory Board.
From 2021 – Feb 2024, he was Investment Committee Chair and Venture Partner for Significant Early Venture Capital.
