Karen Lawson is an award-winning business executive and Non-Executive Director in the digital, technology and startup industry. She uses her experience in driving reinvention and transformation to help the world’s biggest brands to stay ahead of disruption.

Karen is an advisory board director to the Sydney Startup Hub, having held prior roles as Chief Executive Officer for a new venture founded by a major bank, CareerOne and Slingshot, where she grew the business to become the #1 corporate accelerator in Australia. She has accelerated more startups and run more corporate programs than any other provider and has recently been selected as a judge in the 2019 Telstra Business Women’s Awards, where she will celebrate women’s outstanding achievements across all industries and workplaces.
