Megan Luttrell

Megan Luttrell is the founder of Aussie Founders Club - a community of 1,400 founders and operators on Slack with more than 3,500 newsletter subscribers. She is also the fonder of Kairos Recruitment, which works with startups and scaleups to go to market and build their early teams.

With more than a decade in recruitment and early startup roles, her work connects founders, talent, and community across Australia’s startup ecosystem.

In 2025, she was named Victorian Ecosystem Hero of the Year and awarded a $200,000 LaunchVic grant to deliver more than 60 startup events over three years.

She also co-founded PeopleStack, a program helping early-stage companies build their people foundations before their first HR or talent hire.
