She’s also one of the cofounders of Grapevine, an organisation raising awareness of harassment and discrimination through powerful storytelling. She's worked in the Australian tech and start-up ecosystem for over 10 years, with vast experience in the People & Culture space, advocating for safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces.
