Scalare Partners has bought Planet Startup to lead its virtual CFO services arm, keeping founder Marc Orchard as CEO. It’s the firm’s fifth acquisition since 2023, alongside Tank Stream Labs, Inhouse Ventures, Tech Ready Women and the Australian Technologies Competition, as Scalare builds out end-to-end founder support.
